Programs & Rehabilitation

The Recreation team will design experiences that reflect each resident’s unique interests and needs. Getting to know the residents, and by establishing therapeutic relationships with them as well as their families, the Recreation Team can support vocational skills, discover new talents and create spaces for social engagement. With creativity, compassion, and a person-centred lens, they’ll build opportunities for connection, purpose, and engagement throughout the day.Offering programs that address the dimensions of wellness is essential to supporting residents’ health and fulfillment. 

Food Services

We’re creating a Food Services team that is focused on nourishing meals that bring joy to each resident’s day. Team members will uphold high standards for safety, flavour, and nutrition while adapting to individual preferences. This is a great opportunity for those who are excited to help shape a warm, welcoming culinary experience and deliver outstanding customer service to residents. From thoughtful menu planning to friendly and timely service, this team will help make every dining experience meaningful. Their work will support health, choice, and connection one meal at a time.

Human Resources

At the heart of the Residence, our Human Resources department will play a vital role in supporting a compassionate, person-centred environment. As a strategic partner, HR will ensure we attract, retain, and support exceptional team members who are dedicated to enhancing the lives of the residents. Guided by our core values, the HR team will foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous growth, recognizing that caring for our people is the first step in providing outstanding care.

With strong technical skills and a solutions-focused mindset, this team will help ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a respectful, vibrant community.
